About Tim

Tim started in the fish trade in 1979 where he managed a busy fishmongers business based in Birkenhead market.

In 1988 he opened his first shop on the cross in the middle of the busy market town of Mold and in 1991 also aquired a market stall in Wrexhams Butchers Market.

At one stage Tim was employing 11 staff before eventually deciding to concentrate solely on the busier Wrexham outlet.

With a successful 19 year period in the Butchers Market on the 31st December 2009 Tim closed his stall there and moved his busy business to a prestigeous and modern new shop. Opened on 15 January 2010 on St Georges Crescent the new shop is part of the new Eagles Meadow complex which includes such names as Marks and Spencer, Debenhams, Next etc   (link...).

Tim hopes the new shop brings a traditional business into the 21st century with clean, air conditioned and modern surroundings.
